Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care in Briarcliff Manor, NY is seeking a Rehab Tech/Aide to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time role supports therapy staff in delivering rehabilitative services and helps maintain smooth daily operations of the therapy department.

Responsibilities include assisting with the Functional Maintenance Program, transporting residents to the rehab gym, keeping treatment areas clean, restocking supplies, documenting resident care, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare or rehab setting preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapy staff with the implementation of the Functional Maintenance Program.
• Support therapists during patient interventions.
• Escort and transport residents to and from the rehab gym.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of treatment areas and equipment.
• Restock therapy supplies and manage inventory.
• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
• Complete documentation to support resident care and facility operations.
