Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC (Enhance Therapies family) is hiring a Rehab Aide - Full-Time in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting in New York. You will support therapists by transporting patients, preparing equipment, and assisting with basic care tasks while maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with clinical staff.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Transport patients to and from therapy sessions according to the daily schedule.
Prepare and set up equipment for therapists as needed.
Assist therapists with basic patient care tasks such as positioning, dressing, and undressing, in accordance with state regulations.
File documentation accurately in both physical and electronic charts.
Ensure all required paperwork is completed and properly signed by the physician.
Clean and maintain therapy equipment in compliance with company policies.
