Job summary

H2 Health in Berea, KY is seeking a Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide for our outpatient clinics. In this role you’ll support therapists, prepare therapy areas, assist patients during exercises, and help with scheduling and documentation to keep the clinic running smoothly.

You’ll gain hands-on clinical exposure, work with licensed clinicians, and contribute to a patient-focused, clinician-led environment. Prior healthcare or customer service experience is helpful; CPR is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred (administrative or clinical).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move patients and equipment as needed; CPR certification a plus.
• Ability to assist patients and move equipment as needed.
• Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a PT, PTA, or ATC program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists during treatment sessions to ensure patient safety and support.
• Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment to keep a clean, welcoming environment.
• Encourage patients during exercises and therapy tasks.
• Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation.
• Monitor therapy supplies and assist with clinic operations.
