Excel Rehab and Sports, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner, in Cleveland, TN, is seeking a Full Time Rehab Tech (Physical Therapy Aide) to join our team. You will assist therapists, prepare treatment areas, transport patients, and help with routine tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Under supervision, you will support patient care, maintain clean spaces, and handle light clerical duties; excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and clean treatment areas; obtain supplies; transport and position patients.
• Assist therapists and assistants in therapy sessions.
• Communicate with patients, families, and health care team to maximize benefits from care.
• Obtain equipment and supplies.
• Maintain therapy department in a clean, orderly condition.
• Provide routine clerical support (reception, billing, ordering supplies, statistics).
• Ensure safety and compliance with standards.
