Qualifications

• Certified Nurses Assistant (C.N.A.) or current enrollment in a therapy program.

• Strong verbal and written communication with rehab staff, patients and families.
• Regular attendance and reliability in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with treatment activities as directed by the supervising therapist.
• Transport patients to and from rehabilitation for scheduled treatments.
• Prepare patients for therapy and assist with transfers and equipment as needed.
• Document patient responses and changes in status for therapists.
• Perform clerical duties: data entry, reports, and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe rehab area and participate in team activities.
