Valir Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, seeks a Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide in our Perry outpatient clinic. This part-time role supports therapists, assists with treatment areas, and helps keep the clinic organized and welcoming.

You'll gain hands-on clinical experience, work closely with licensed therapists, and join a clinician-led team focused on patient care. Competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move patients and equipment; CPR certification a plus.
• Currently enrolled in PT/PTA/ATC program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists during treatment sessions to ensure patient safety and support.

• Encourage patients during exercises and therapy tasks.
• Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation.

Our Rehab Techs and Aides assist in the daily flow of therapy services, working closely with licensed clinicians to deliver a smooth and supportive care experience for patients across a variety of rehabilitation needs.

Your Role:

• Assist therapists during treatment sessions to ensure patient safety and support
• Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment to keep a clean, welcoming environment
• Encourage patients during exercises and therapy tasks
