Job summary

Valir Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, seeks a Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide for our outpatient clinic in Elgin, OK. You will work closely with licensed therapists to support patients and the daily flow of therapy services.

Responsibilities include assisting during treatment, preparing therapy areas, encouraging patients, performing scheduling and documentation, and monitoring supplies. A high school diploma is required; healthcare or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Our Rehab Techs and Aides assist in the daily flow of therapy services, working closely with licensed clinicians to deliver a smooth and supportive care experience for patients across a variety of rehabilitation needs.

Your Role:

• Assist therapists during treatment sessions to ensure patient safety and support

• Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment to keep a clean, welcoming environment

• Encourage patients during exercises and therapy tasks

• Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation

• Monitor therapy supplies and assist with clinic operations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to move patients and equipment as needed; CPR certification a plus
• Ability to assist patients and move equipment as needed.
• Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a PT, PTA, or ATC program is a plus.
