Job summary

North Texas Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide for outpatient clinics in Dallas. You’ll support patients, therapists, and the clinic, gaining hands-on clinical experience in a clinician-led, patient-focused environment.

As a Rehab Tech, you’ll assist during treatment sessions, prep therapy areas, sanitize equipment, encourage patients, perform scheduling and documentation, and help with clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred (administrative or clinical).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move patients and equipment; CPR certification a plus.
• Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in PT/PTA/ATC program is a plus.

Our Rehab Techs and Aides assist in the daily flow of therapy services, working closely with licensed clinicians to deliver a smooth and supportive care experience for patients across a variety of rehabilitation needs.
