Job summary

H2 Health in Sarasota, FL is hiring a Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide for outpatient clinics on a part-time basis. In this role you’ll support patients, therapists, and the clinic, delivering a hands-on, patient-focused care experience.

You’ll assist with exercise classes, telehealth coordination, and administrative duties while learning from licensed clinicians in a collaborative, clinician-led environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR certification a plus.
• CPR certification and ability to assist moving patients/equipment.
• Active enrollment in PT/PTA/ATC programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Our Rehab Techs and Aides assist in the daily flow of therapy services, working closely with licensed clinicians to deliver a smooth and supportive care experience for patients across a variety of rehabilitation needs.

Your Role:

• Teach guided exercise classes
• Assist with coordinating telehealth appointments
• Encourage patients during exercises and therapy tasks
• Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation
• Monitor therapy supplies and assist with clinic operations

• Ability to assist patients and move equipment as needed.
• Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a PT, PTA, or ATC program is a plus.
