Job summary

Therapeds Works is seeking a Rehab Tech for our outpatient pediatric clinic in Harker Heights, TX. You will support children, families, and licensed therapists to help the clinic run smoothly in a warm, kid-friendly setting.

In this role you’ll assist during therapy sessions, prepare treatment spaces, document scheduling, and help with daily clinic operations. Growth opportunities exist in healthcare administration and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a healthcare, childcare, education, or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist children and move equipment as needed.
• CPR certification a plus.
• Ability to engage positively with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists during pediatric treatment sessions to ensure child safety and engagement.
• Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment to maintain a clean, welcoming, kid-friendly environment.
• Encourage and motivate children during therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation.

Our Rehab Techs assist in the daily flow of pediatric therapy services, working closely with licensed clinicians to deliver a fun, engaging, and supportive care experience for children across a variety of developmental and rehabilitation needs.
