Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis is seeking a Rehab Support Technician to assist the Rehab and Sports Medicine team in delivering efficient clinic operations and hands-on patient support.

You will help with chart audits, supplies, patient prep, and liaison duties, ensuring compassionate care and smooth daily workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and physicians.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and physicians

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Adequate written communication skills necessary for documentation. Must be able to write legibly and demonstrate spelling competency.
