You will plan, develop, and drive performance improvement, marketing, mentorship, and inventory control within outpatient rehab. The role requires a Bachelor's in Physical or Occupational Therapy or a Master’s in Audiology, a MA license, and CPR certification, with over 5 years in related specialty.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Master’s degree in Audiology.
• Massachusetts licensure in the respective field is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology is required.

Mansioni

• Position reports to the Team Leader, Rehabilitation Services or designee.
• Manage a Rehab Services specialty program including planning, development, performance improvement, marketing, mentorship and inventory control.
