Job summary

Valley Health is seeking a Regular, Full-time Physical Therapy O/P support role in Front Royal, VA. The position assists rehab services and patients by scheduling appointments, handling admissions, and processing insurance preauthorizations while clerically supporting operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, with preferred medical secretarial training and at least one year of office experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with data entry in multiple software systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• BLS Certification required.
• Ability to scheduling appointments and admissions workflow.

Responsibilities

• Schedule rehabilitation appointments to optimize capacity.
• Complete patient admission/registration processes.
• Review preauthorization requirements across payors.
• Provide clerical support to Rehabilitation Services Operations.
• Answer phones, enter data, and prepare reports and materials.
• Maintain supplies, file, scan, and organize documents.
