Job summary

Logan Regional Medical Center in southern West Virginia is seeking an RN–Rehabilitation to provide direct and individualized nursing care in a rehabilitation setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team to support functional recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of rehabilitation nursing principles and functional recovery.

• Excellent documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Monitors, documents, and communicates patient conditions and progress.
• Administers medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and rehabilitation exercises.
• Coordinates care with therapy and medical staff to meet patient goals.
• Provides patient and family education related to rehabilitation, safety, and wellness.
