Job summary

Logan Regional Medical Center in southern West Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse for our physician practice. You will deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and clinical teams in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

The ideal candidate has an Associate Degree in Nursing, RN licensure, BLS certification, and up to 1 year of clinic experience; a Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• RN license in practicing state or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• One year of clinical nursing experience in a physician practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across the lifespan.
• Support physicians with assessments, diagnostics, and minor procedures.
• Provide education and preventive care to patients.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in outpatient settings.
• Document care accurately in the EHR and maintain safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
