Medical Center Enterprise is seeking a Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) for the Rehab/Swing Bed unit. This full-time night shift (7pm-7am) offers 3x12s and focuses on patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• RN license required; BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Assess patients, document findings, and report changes to the team.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Follow infection control protocols and operate equipment safely.
