Job summary

Medical Center Enterprise is seeking a MedSurg Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care on the Medical/Surgical unit. You will follow the nursing process, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and ensure quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Night shift 3x12s, full-time, with a student loan contribution up to $20k and comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental and 401k match.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• RN - Registered Nurse licensure required (state licensure and/or compact licensure)
• BCLS - Basic Life Support required
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with policies and nursing process.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications, monitors for side effects, and documents administration.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Collaborates with the care team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
