FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse in Arizona to maintain safe resident care, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians and therapists. Candidates must hold an active AZ RN license, have at least one year hospital experience, and be proficient with electronic charting; BLS is required, ACLS preferred.

The role requires flexibility, safety compliance, and willingness to perform additional duties as directed in a rehabilitative acute care setting.

Competenze

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• Prior RN experience in an acute rehabilitation hospital.
• Desire to care for patients in an acute care setting and act with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Must have 1 year hospital experience.
• Efficient in electronic charting system.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Current TB within a year.
• Physical within 6 months.
• Finger Print Card clearance (current).

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include but be not limited to:

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team
• Records the administration of medication
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed

Qualifications of the Registered Nurse include:

• An active RN license in the state of Arizona.
• Prior experience as an RN in a acute rehabilatation hospital.
• The desire to care for patients in an acute care setting and act with integrity.
• The ability to work flexible hours.
• Must have 1 year hospital experience.
• Must be efficent in electronical charting system.
• BLS(required)/ACLS (preferred)
• Current TB with in a year
• Physical within 6 months
• Finger Print Card clearance (current)
