Job summary

Allied Services in Scranton is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate all aspects of patient care under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager or Supervisor. The RN will lead the rehabilitation staff, fostering a therapeutic environment for patient and family development, with emphasis on optimism and achievement of goals.

Applicants must hold a PA RN license and be prepared to meet the department's policies. A BSN is preferred, and CPR certification must be maintained.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with active Pennsylvania license.
• CRRN preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of patient care under supervision of the Clinical Nurse Manager or Supervisor.
• Provide a therapeutic environment for patient and family development with encouragement and praise.
• Demonstrate knowledge to care for adolescents through geriatric patients per Nursing Department policies.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and unit secretaries as Team Leader.
