Job summary

Ogden Regional Medical Center is seeking a Rehab Registered Nurse to join our team. You will deliver direct physical and psychosocial care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

You will advocate for patient safety, ensure core measures are followed, and educate patients and families about treatments, progress, and discharge instructions. You will participate in the development and implementation of the plan of care and communicate effectively with the health

Qualifications

• Current Utah State RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BLS/BCLS certification preferred; must obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical and psychosocial care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Provide holistic, individualized care appropriate to the patient’s age.
• Advocate for patient safety and ensure compliance with core measures.
• Mentor peers and support growth and development in the team.
• Educate patients and families about treatments, progress expectations and discharge instructions.
• Participate in development and implementation of the plan of care.
