The role emphasizes timely assessment, meticulous documentation, proactive patient support, and coordination of a holistic treatment plan with multidisciplinary staff.

Qualificações

• RN license and current nursing practice standards
• BLS and Crisis Intervention certifications must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift; report changes.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic treatment.
• Interface with providers and community support for ongoing care
