Origin Travel Nurses is hiring for a Physical Therapist to provide skilled physical therapy services in Worcester, MA. The role involves patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state PT license or ability to obtain it.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills are required.
• Ability to adapt to varying facilities and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
