Job summary

You will participate in patient care, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required are a CAPTE-accredited PTA degree, current Michigan PTA license, and CPR

Qualifications

• PTA degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Michigan PTA license.
• Current CPR certification (or obtained within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Assists the Physical Therapist in treatment to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Documents patient care and billing information promptly and accurately.
• Communicates with care team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintains clinical productivity and participates in ongoing education.
• Supports patient safety and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Participates in staff education, meetings, and program development.
