• Graduate of an accredited OT program with BS degree.
• Current CT OT license or temporary permit to practice.
• BLS certification required within two months of hire.
• No experience required; 1–2 years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients in inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Interpret physician referrals for initial evaluation and treatment planning.
• Develop population-specific treatment programs and monitor progress.
• Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up with community resources.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain billing records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams and participate in rounds.
