Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to the nursing staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and organizational standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance to staff members.
