Hope Network is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Neuro Rehabilitation in Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time, on-site role supports residents through assessments, medication administration, and care coordination within a rehabilitation-focused setting.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the State of Michigan.
• One-year experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Experience providing medical services in a rehabilitation setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess residents’ healthcare needs and oversee daily care.
• Ensure accurate and timely medication administration.
• Keep precise and up-to-date medical records for residents.
• Ensure documentation is completed in a timely and compliant manner.
• Foster communication among the healthcare team, residents, families, and other stakeholders.
• Address concerns from residents or families, working toward effective solutions.
• Enforce infection control protocols and ensure safety measures are met.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives to meet or exceed healthcare standards.

What You’ll Do

Work Schedule

• On site 32+ hours per week
• Standard hours: Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• Experience providing medical services in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
