Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse licensed in Florida.
• 1 year of experience in skilled nursing facility.
• IV Certification required.
• Current hands-on BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Administers medications and basic nursing care.
• Assists in patient admission, transfer and discharge processes.
• Observes and records patient symptoms and communicates to RN.
• Supports dietary and fluid needs and monitors intake/output.
• Records vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure.
