Job summary

ClearSky Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide general nursing care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse and in line with physician orders and established protocols.

Responsibilities include administering medications, implementing treatments, and contributing to individualized care plans. The role requires strong infection prevention knowledge, comprehensive communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred.
• Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients as ordered by the physician under RN supervision.
• Implement medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing care plan.
• Contribute to development of individualized care plans with the RN.
• Assess patient responses and adjust care as needed in collaboration with the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with supervisor about patient needs.
