Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in inpatient hospital setting.
• Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing care to patients under physician order and RN supervision.
• Implements orders for medications and treatments as per nursing care plan.
• Assists in development of individualized care plans with RN guidance.
• Reports on patient care and resolves patient needs with supervisor.
• Maintains safety and infection prevention standards; ensures proper documentation.
