Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in inpatient hospital setting, rehab preferred.
• Current LPN license and BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of infection prevention standards and patient care guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing care to patients as ordered by physician and RN.
• Implements medications and treatments per the nursing care plan.
• Assists in developing individualized care plans and documents patient responses.
• Monitors patient conditions, reports issues, and helps identify risks.
• Maintains safety, confidentiality, and infection prevention standards.
• Performs duties as assigned to support unit operations.
