Talented Medical Solutions in Waldorf, MD is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Rehab (ADR) to lead our rehabilitation team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ADR will oversee daily rehab operations, support clinical staff, and drive patient outcomes while partnering with the rehab leadership to ensure an efficient therapy program.

This senior role requires a PTA or COTA license and prior supervisory or management experience in SNF or post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Current PTA or COTA license in Maryland.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or post‑acute setting.
• Prior supervisory or rehabilitation management experience preferred.
• Not open to new graduates.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily operations and coordination of the rehabilitation department.
• Support the Director of Rehab with clinical and administrative duties.
• Provide leadership and guidance to therapy staff.
• Ensure quality patient care and strong clinical outcomes.
• Monitor services and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and facility leadership.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and department organization.
• Support staff development, onboarding, and ongoing education.
• Contribute to department efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Provide hands‑on therapy services as needed.
