Greenfield Rehab in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to serve as Rehab Director and lead our therapy services in a skilled nursing facility in Viroqua.

You will provide clinical and administrative oversight of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. The role also includes direct patient care as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Wisconsin licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• Minimum 1 year of treating clinician experience required.

Greenfield Rehab is seeking an experienced and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve as our Rehab Director and lead therapy services in our skilled nursing facility in Viroqua, WI.

The Rehabilitation Director is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and management of the rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility. This role provides clinical and administrative oversight of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services while maintaining a high standard of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The Rehabilitation Director also functions as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, providing direct patient care as needed.
