Job summary

Greenfield Rehab is seeking an experienced Rehab Director (PT or PTA) to lead therapy services in a skilled nursing facility in Viroqua, WI. The role combines clinical leadership with administrative oversight of physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

You will collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality patient care while supporting staff development and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• 1 year experience as a treating clinician required.

Responsibilities

• Lead therapy services and coordinate rehabilitation in a skilled nursing facility.
• Provide clinical and administrative oversight of physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and high patient care standards.
• May provide direct patient care as a licensed PT or PTA as needed.
