Job summary

Greenfield Rehab seeks an experienced Rehab Director (OT or COTA) to lead our rehabilitation team in Viroqua, WI. You will supervise OT/OTA services within a skilled nursing facility, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

You will provide hands-on patient care as needed and collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence and staff development.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program with a minimum bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an OT or COTA.
• 1 year of experience as a treating clinician is required.

Join our team as a Rehab Director - Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapist Assistant

Greenfield Rehab is seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to serve as our Rehab Director and lead therapy services in our skilled nursing facility in Viroqua, WI.

The Rehabilitation Director is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and management of the rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility. This role provides clinical and administrative oversight of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services while maintaining a high standard of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The Rehabilitation Director also functions as a licensed Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapist Assistant, providing direct patient care as needed.
