Job summary

Pediastaff is seeking a Rehab Director to lead the therapy department at a skilled nursing facility in Willmar, Minnesota. This direct-hire role supports PT, PTA, OT, or OTA professionals who value collaboration, clinical excellence, and patient outcomes.

Leadership experience is preferred, with a focus on program development and team growth. Full-time, 40 hours per week with competitive pay: PT/OT $40-$48/hour and PTA/OTA $30-$35/hour, plus potential sign-on or loan assistance.

Qualifications

• Minnesota license or applicable state credential.
• Five years of therapy experience, with director/management preferred.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary therapy department.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support therapy staff, including onboarding and evaluations.
• Coordinate staffing levels and workflow for efficient operations.
• Monitor budgets, productivity, and resource use.
• Oversee documentation, quality assurance, and audits.
• Develop plans to address performance or compliance concerns.
• Grow therapy services and develop new programs.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and the interdisciplinary team.
• Support billing, authorizations, and reimbursement processes.
