Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Rehab Director to lead our on-site therapy teams across physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology. You will supervise clinicians, drive clinical excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster collaboration among disciplines to maximize patient outcomes.

You will mentor staff, manage resources, and align service delivery with facility goals while promoting growth opportunities and a culture of caring.

Qualifications

• Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Program. Certified assistants also qualify – PTA or COTA.
• Current license/certification in the state of practice.
• 2+ years experience in healthcare, long‑term care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, insurance, and resident rights.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight: ensure delivery of therapy across PT/OT/SLP at high standards.
• Compliance and Regulation: enforce healthcare regulations and licensure.
• Staff Development: mentor and train therapists to grow professionally.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: facilitate collaboration across PT, OT, SLP.
• Resource Management: allocate resources across sites to meet needs.
• Supports the Mission, Values and Vision of TMC and the facility.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• Plan and schedule staff based on clinical needs of patients.
• Maintain communication with facility team regarding changes affecting reimbursement.
• Assist with coding, documentation, and assessment training.
