The Lodge at Sandhills Carolina, Pinehurst, NC, seeks a Rehab Director to lead our rehabilitation department and deliver exceptional care. The role oversees therapists and coordinates care across disciplines in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Oversee rehabilitation services for residents with complex medical needs.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of therapists to deliver care.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans.
• Supervise and provide clinical guidance to therapists.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure integration of evidence-based practices into rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and social workers to coordinate resident care.
• Communicate with residents, families, and insurers about plans.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, and budget management for the department.
