Blue Stone Therapy was founded in 2009 and provides contract physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Our focus is to deliver individualized rehabilitation by highly skilled therapists and develop long-term community partnerships.

We are seeking a Rehab Director who is passionate about enhancing lives. The role involves overseeing rehabilitation services, ensuring high-quality care, and achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead onboarding, performance management, and staff development in collaboration with supervisors.
2. Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization, potentially across multiple communities.
3. Oversee clinical management, including case management, care planning, and therapy utilization.
4. Provide direct patient care as needed and meet productivity standards.
5. Coordinate training programs for staff, patients, and families.
6. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, reporting variances as needed.
7. Promote program development focused on functional outcomes and quality of life improvement.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Completion of an accredited therapy program (Physical, Occupational, or Speech-Language Pathology).
• At least one year of hands-on clinical experience in therapy services.

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Experience with NetHealth is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid license to practice in the appropriate state for Physical, Occupational, or Speech-Language Pathology.
