Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight: Ensure high standards of care across all therapy disciplines, monitor quality, and guide improvements.
• Compliance and Regulation: Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, ensure licensure and certifications are current.
• Staff Development: Mentor and lead ongoing professional development for therapy staff.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Promote effective teamwork among PT, OT, and SLP disciplines.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources across sites to optimize patient care and staff satisfaction. We welcome applications from Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and their assistants.

Qualifications

• Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program. Certified assistants (PTA, COTA) also qualify.
• Current license/certification in the state of practice
• 2+ years healthcare experience, preferably in long-term care
• Knowledge of Medicare, insurance, and resident rights
