Job summary

Lexington Health Blythewood is seeking a Rehab Clinical Supervisor to join the LMPT Blythewood team. You will supervise daily rehab shift activities, coordinate patient care, and ensure high-quality services, while providing clinical treatments as a licensed therapist during non-administrative hours.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s Degree in a relevant field and 3 years of clinical leadership; SC licensure as OT/PT or SLP and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Relevant Field required.
• 3 years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Substitutable Education & Experience: Master’s + 3 years can substitute for Bachelor’s + 5 years with leadership.
• Current South Carolina licensure as OT/PT or SLP; CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates the daily operations of rehabilitation services for assigned shift.
• Collaborates with Director and Manager to develop departmental goals and quality improvement plans.
• Encourages collaboration and staff participation in departmental performance initiatives.
• Collaborates with Director and Manager in development of operational budget.
• Provides clinical treatments as a licensed therapist during non-administrative hours.
