Job summary

Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation Hospital in Bowling Green, KY seeks a Per Diem Clinical Liaison (RN, OT, PT, or SLP) to advocate for referred patients in the pre-admission process. You will collaborate with clinical teams, coordinate care plans with physicians and families, facilitate transfers, and address barriers to accessing post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist is required. Multi-state licensure may be required based on territory.
• Two years related clinical healthcare experience preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with the preadmission process including assessments and relationship building in rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Proven track record in sales and marketing with related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency and ability to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Develop target lists of contacts and decision makers in assigned hospitals and educate referral sources on hospital services.
• Demonstrate referrer satisfaction and maintain account relationships.
• Educate patients and families on acute rehabilitation benefits and coordinate collateral materials.
• Support Sales and Marketing through programs, tours, meetings in hospitals.
• Develop strategies to grow market share and propose quarterly goals to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for expansion of strategic business initiatives.
