Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a Rehab Clerical Aide for a split role between Delavan locations. 40 hours weekly, no weekends, with shift details Mon-Wed-Fri and Tue-Thu arrangements. Pay range $20.80–$31.20 hourly, benefits eligible, and BLS required within 6 months.

The role supports licensed therapy providers, handles registrations, scheduling, billing, and maintains records. It requires at least a high school diploma and about one year in healthcare or related fields.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• Experience in healthcare, public relations or health care education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient patient care and assist with therapy activities under supervision.
• Improve therapist efficiency by coordinating treatments and leveraging tools.
• Communicate patient needs and status changes to therapists promptly.
• Handle registration, scheduling, cashiering and patient flow with courtesy.
• Perform clerical duties including phones, messages, records, and billing prep.
• Review orders in EMR and ensure correct patient routing.
• Maintain department records and handle insurance verifications and authorizations.
• Monitor therapy environment and manage equipment and supplies.
• Support safety checks and basic maintenance of gym and treatment areas.
