• 1–2 years of rehab, therapy, or patient support experience.
• Willingness to train and grow in a patient-centered role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver provider-directed therapies with precision and safety.
• Prepare patients for examinations and explain expectations.
• Document all therapies accurately in real time.
• Monitor patient tolerance and elevate clinical concerns appropriately.
• Reinforce patient understanding of therapy purpose, expectations, and care progression.
• Distribute DME and train patients on proper use.
• Ensure therapies follow provider-prescribed cadence.
• Identify care plan deviations and escalate to Lead Care Coordinator.
• Support care plan scheduling through communication with Administrative Care Coordinators.
• Document all therapy services in the EHR for billing integrity.
• Communicate orders for DME, imaging, or re-exams for proper scheduling.
• Escalate missing authorizations and support billing integrity.
• Identify authorization barriers and communicate appropriately.
• Monitor attendance and support KPI goals for throughput and adherence.
• Participate in team huddles and workflow discussions.
• Collaborate with Coordinators, providers, and imaging teams.
