Job summary

Partners In Recovery LLC is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists in multiple settings across Illinois. The role emphasizes restorative care and safe transport of patients, under the guidance of licensed therapists.

Full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends, with competitive compensation and benefits. CNA credentials and CPR certification are required, along with eligibility for state licensure and related training completion.

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant with Rehabilitation Aide Certification.
Graduate of an accredited school of PT/PTA/OT/COTA and eligible for state licensure or
Prior experience and training as a Nursing Assistant, LPN or Nurses' training (minimum of 1 year) and completion of CNA competency examination.

Responsibilities

Provide restorative care to clients/patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
Transport clients/patients, equipment, supplies, and other items as directed.
Perform client/patient care activities as assigned by the therapists
Assume responsibility for client/patient, personal and environmental safety.
