Rehab Aide Job Summary

Functions under the general supervision of the Site Leader, and under the direct supervision of Rehabilitation Services' Therapists, and Therapist Assistants.

Employment Type: Part time

Shift: Day Shift

The Rehabilitation Aide participates in performance improvement and supports program development activities, including providing input into the budgetary planning process, contributing to cost effectiveness of services, and maintaining positive relations with all customers.

What the Rehab Aide will Do:

• Prepare and clean treatment areas, obtain supplies, transport, position, and assist patients/clients, therapists, and therapist assistants in therapy treatment plans.
• Support routine clerical tasks related to patient care.
• Perform duties in accordance with facility, departmental, regulatory, and payer policies and guidelines.

What the Rehab Aide will Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
