**Job Summary:**
Functions under the supervision of the Site Leader and Rehabilitation Services' Therapists and Therapist Assistants. The Rehabilitation Aide supports program development, participates in performance improvement, and assists in maintaining positive relations with customers.

**Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and clean treatment areas, obtain supplies, transport, and assist patients/clients, therapists, and therapist assistants in therapy treatments.
• Perform routine clerical tasks supporting patient care.
• Adhere to facility, departmental, regulatory, and payer policies and guidelines.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
