Athletico Physical Therapy is hiring a Rehabilitation Aide (part-time) to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and help with scheduling and paperwork in a clinic setting.

The role emphasizes safe practice, accurate documentation, and compassionate patient interaction. Strong teamwork and communication are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills—written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management skills are required.
• Patient/Client satisfaction: providing care/service that exceeds expectations.
• Energetic and a team player.
• Able to demonstrate compassion toward patients.
• Complete tasks thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients during exercises.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities (Ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens, maintains restrooms and restock supplies.
• Assists with phone calls, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
• May assist with inventory and supplies.
