Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support physical therapists and clinic teams. Responsibilities include cleaning treatment areas, maintaining equipment and supplies, and delivering excellent customer service.

This part-time role requires standing most of the day and the ability to multitask across multiple clinicians. Ideal candidates have prior clinical aide experience, a high school diploma or internship, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Previous Clinical Aide experience preferred
• Demonstrate interest in the rehabilitation field
• Energetic and a team player
• Able to demonstrate compassion toward patients
• Complete tasks thoroughly; basic knowledge of office equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sterilizes treatment areas and equipment between uses.
• Keeps linen stocked and replaces when necessary.
• Stocks treatment tables and carts with linen and supplies.
• Maintains weights and equipment and returns items to stations.
• Keeps gym, waiting room and restrooms organized and clean.
• Updates equipment maintenance sheet and monitors bath temperatures.
• Performs daily inspection of therapy equipment to ensure good working order.
• Checks supply cabinets for adequate clinician supplies.
• Engages patients with friendly conversations and excellent customer service.
• Refer all medical questions to treating clinicians.
