Select Medical in Mesa, AZ seeks an enthusiastic Rehab Aide to support therapists in outpatient rehabilitation and assist with day-to-day center operations. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, in a busy outpatient setting.

Compensation ranges from $16 to $19 per hour based on experience, with benefits for full-time staff. You will help organize procedures, schedule services, document records, observe patient responses to treatment, and maintain equipment hygiene.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a pre-health profession (biology, rehabilitation sciences, exercise science, etc.).
• Certifications: CPR and First aid; prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center.

Responsabilités

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment
