You will help with scheduling, inventory, cleaning, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Ideal candidates have HS diploma, prior rehab aide experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and a team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and time management required.
• Experience as Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech preferred.
• Able to document projects clearly and maintain production.
• Compassionate team player with customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients during exercises.
• Provides routine treatments and modalities (hot/cold packs, ultrasounds).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens, restocks supplies, and maintains restrooms.
• Assists with answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Maintains clinic inventory and tracks supplies.
